On Wednesday, April 11, 2018, the Hershey Indivisibles will host a Candidates’ Night at the Hershey Public Library and the discussion will begin promptly at 6 PM. The event is free and open to the public. Both Republican and Democratic candidates have been invited to attend. Scott LaMar host of WITF’s Smart Talk will moderate.
Candidates have been sent questions on key issues of importance to our members.
Their responses will be posted on the HIT website as soon as they can be processed. At the meeting, each candidate will be given two minutes to make introductory remarks. Following these comments, candidates will be asked randomly selected questions to delve more deeply into the preparation and background of each candidate. A brief meet and greet will follow.
The newly drawn 10th Congressional District includes Dauphin County, eastern Cumberland County and northern York County.
