On November 10th, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments on whether the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is constitutional, in whole or in part. The court is expected to rule on the matter before its term ends in June 2021.
In the meantime, the ACA remains fully in effect until the decision comes down. All nine justices heard the oral arguments and will rule on the Texas v California case.
