April 20, 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
The League of Women Voters is inviting you to join them for a moderated session with the candidates vying to fill the PA 48th Senatorial District seat.
There will be a special election on the Primary Ballot on May 18th for voters in PA Senate District 48. This special election is to fill the vacant seat for the 48th Senatorial District previously held by Senator David Arnold who passed away in January. Unlike other races on the ballot, this race is considered a General Election race, meaning the winner will be seated in the PA Senate immediately. There will be no further election in November.
The League of Women Voters of the Harrisburg Area is proud to present to the public the candidates running for this vacant seat in a Candidates’ Forum. Laura LeBeau, News Director of WLBR 1270 radio in Lebanon County, will serve as our moderator. All four (4) candidates seeking this seat have been invited to attend.
The event will be held on Zoom, and you must pre-register at the link below. Once registered, you’ll receive an email with the link to attend the forum on April 20.
